Job Description:

Were hiring a Product Manager Listing Optimization Specialist to own listing performance across our Amazon brands. This role blends product/brand management with deep listing optimization expertise, ensuring every product page is built to rank, convert, and outperform the competition.

What Youll Do

  • Listing Optimization
    • Audit, rewrite, and optimize listings for higher CTR and conversion.
    • Use AI tools for listing rewrites and image editing to increase speed and quality.
    • Work with the graphics team to develop high-converting main images, infographics, and A+ content.
    • Run A/B testing through Amazon Experiments, titles, images, and pricing.
    • Validate creative decisions through customer polls with PickFu and Intellivy.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis
    • Reverse engineer competitor listings, ranking methods, and keyword strategies to identify what drives their success.
    • Uncover gaps in competitor offerings and position our products for maximum differentiation.
    • Use advanced software tools (DataDive, ScaleInsight, SellerSprite) to extract keyword opportunities and competitive insights.
    • Stay ahead of market trends and shifts to anticipate customer expectations.
  • Product/Brand Management
    • Own product lifecycle from launch to maturity, ensuring profitability and consistent branding.
    • Coordinate with supply chain and marketing to maintain stock health and execute promotions.
    • Track KPIs like CVR, CTR, TACOS, profitability per SKU, and review scores.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Leverage Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and 3rd-party tools to spot growth opportunities.
    • Turn data into actionable strategies to increase ranking, reduce returns, and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Present results, insights, and growth recommendations to leadership.

What You Bring

  • Proven Amazon FBA experience with a track record of boosting conversions and rankings.
  • Advanced knowledge of Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and competitive intelligence tools (DataDive, ScaleInsight, SellerSprite).
  • Expertise with polling platforms (PickFu, Intellivy) to validate creative direction.
  • Hands-on ability to use AI tools for copy optimization and image enhancement.
  • A sharp instinct for what converts, always thinking from the customers perspective.
  • Strong mix of analytical rigor and creative storytelling.
  • Project management ability to handle multiple brands/listings and hit deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon PPC and tying ad data back to organic performance.
  • Conversion-focused copywriting experience.
  • Brand management experience across multiple SKUs.
