Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR + Recruiter who can manage both high-volume talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations for a growing remote team. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and confident running full hiring cycles while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.

Role Overview

You will own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions and help maintain a structured HR environment. You should be comfortable working independently, managing a high applicant flow, and delivering hires on tight timelines. At the same time, you will handle onboarding, HR documentation, employee updates, and culture-related tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Screen high volumes of applicants efficiently and accurately
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases
  • Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring manager communication
  • Maintain clean records in the ATS and track funnel metrics
  • Build and manage a warm talent pipeline for recurring roles
  • Ensure candidates have a smooth, professional experience throughout the process

HR Operations

  • Prepare contracts, onboarding documentation, and access permissions
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, attendance logs, and PTO tracking
  • Support HR compliance, probation documentation, and performance notes
  • Assist with employee engagement, surveys, and culture initiatives
  • Provide timely HR updates to leadership and maintain internal communication standards
  • Support policy updates and ensure HR processes are followed across the team

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of combined HR and recruitment experience
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring (200 to 400 applicants weekly)
  • Track record of successfully closing three to five hires each month
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as BPO, agency, or remote global teams
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and structured interview workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working with minimal supervision
